Although, we may have people that we can lean on for support during those tough times, don’t forget that you can count on yourself. I sometimes write out what my thoughts are or I talk them out with someone. But I know at the end of the day I can count on myself to make the right decision.

Do yourself a favor and print out this poem on your favorite stationary and place it somewhere that is visible everyday. When you feel a hint of negativity take a moment and read this. ☺
