When I think of a ‘starry night’ I think of that famous painting by Vincent Van Gogh. He was a true creative genius. He was a man who likely did not know how much of an impact he would have on 2oth century art. Van Gogh is an individual who may have consistently produced great art but it is also because he likely believed in himself. He is an inspiration for many. He may have only lived to be 37, but his contribution to the art world is priceless.
The picture may not be Van Gogh’s original, but it is indeed an interpretation of a starry night.
Who is your creative inspiration??
I think the most inspiring thing about Vincent Van Gogh – Starry Night is the fact that he only sold one piece in his entire lifetime. However, only selling one peace made his work one of the most valuable and well acclaimed. That just proves that things may not be accepted today for what it is, but it only takes time before people take notice. 🙂
